Pre-Law Program
Pre-professional track
Pre-law program at Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK
Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK provides a unique combination of opportunities for students interested in attending law school. Our Legal Studies Department offers a legal studies major, an American Bar Association-approved paralegal certificate, and a Master in the Study of Law all of which provide students with a strong foundation for pursuing further study in law.
We also have opportunities for students to learn through doing, including service-learning and internships. Law schools want students with strong writing, speaking, and problem-solving skills, which students develop throughout all of our undergraduate programs.
For questions about Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK's pre-law resources, contact Professor Leondra Hanson at 651-523-2678 or email lhanson18@hamline.edu.

Since I started saying 'I'm studying at Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK,' jobs and internships have been calling me back. At every law firm I've seen, at least one lawyer graduated from Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK. It's so motivating to connect with people professionally because you came from the same school.
