• Apartment details

  Styles and room dimensions:

  • Studio* (one bathroom): 467 square feet
  • Two bedroom/two person (one bathroom): 786 square feet; bedroom size 9' by 15.5'
  • Two bedroom/four person (one bathroom): 974 square feet; bedroom size 12' by 15'
  • Three bedroom/three person (one bathroom): 1068 square feet; bedroom size 9' by 15.5'
  • Four bedroom/four person (two bathrooms): 1260 square feet; bedroom size 8.5' by 15.5'

  *The number of studio apartments are limited and priority is given to those who need a studio apartment to accommodate a medical need. Studio apartments are rarely available for undergraduate students unless a medical condition exists. Medical accommodations must go through the Disability Resources office (disabilityresources@hamline.edu).

  Some apartments have a shower and storage closet in the bathroom, while others offer a tub/shower only.

  • Indoor trash/recycling drop off on the first floor
