Fall Orientation for First-Year Students
Get started on your college journey
The Fall Orientation program is the second mandatory orientation for all new students. During this program, you will:
- Become more familiar with campus and student support services
- Meet your academic (faculty) advisor
- Connect with other new Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK students
- Meet and connect with your New Student Mentor (NSM)
- Attend the first class meeting of your first-year seminar
- Learn how to find and join Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK communities and events
Fall 2025 orientation information
Fall 2025 Orientation is scheduled for August 31-Sept 2.
There is no formal registration for Fall Orientation. When you register for fall classes, you automatically register for this mandatory program.
Keep an eye on your Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK email; you'll receive schedule details and instructions after course registration ends. If you are unable to attend Fall Orientation, you should contact New Student Programs at newstudentprograms@hamline.edu about your next steps.
