Get started on your college journey

The Fall Orientation program is the second mandatory orientation for all new students. During this program, you will:

  • Become more familiar with campus and students support services
  • Meet your academic (faculty) advisor
  • Connect with other new Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK students
  • Meet and connect with your New Student Mentor (NSM)
  • Attend your first first-year seminar
  • Learn how to find and join Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK communities and events

Fall 2025 orientation information

Fall Orientation is held the week before classes start -- please check back for exact dates.

There is no formal registration for Fall Orientation. When you register for fall classes, you automatically register for this mandatory program. Keep an eye on your Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK email; you'll receive schedule details and instructions after course registration ends. If you are unable to attend Fall Orientation you should contact New Student Programs at newstudentprograms@hamline.edu about what your next steps will be.
