Use this form to reserve equipment to check out the following equipment:

• iPad stands with microphones

To check out the equipment, you must come to the Bush Library Central Service Desk on the first floor of Bush Library. Please bring your ID and allow 10 to 20 minutes to go through the checkout process. The parameters under which technological equipment will be loaned to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK employees and students by Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK ITS is ruled by the ITS Technology Equipment Loan Policy (view on Policies page).

Use this form to request creation of a Google group. To understand their terms of use, please visit the Google Apps for Education Groups Policy (view on Policies page).

Use the  to request the evaluation of applications that require Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK Google Credentials for authentication. Apps that will be used by the Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK community to accomplish work and/or classroom related tasks must be evaluated through this process. Requests are evaluated periodically, at least once per term; please plan accordingly. For more information, see

If you feel a specific software program still needs to be installed in a computer lab or classroom, contact the Central Service Desk with your request.
