Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK has launched a new integrated approach to graduate student support. This strategic transition merges graduate admissions and advising into a unified, student-centered unit designed to foster a seamless experience throughout the student lifecycle—from initial inquiry through graduation.
Mike Noreen has been promoted to the role of Director of Graduate Enrollment and Student Success and will lead the recruitment and advising of graduate and adult learners. Holly Collins has been named Director of Enrollment Systems and Operations, overseeing the Slate CRM system for both undergraduate and graduate admissions. In addition, Kristin Rosenbush, Enrollment Marketing Manager in the Office of Marketing and Communications, will support marketing efforts across graduate and undergraduate admissions.
This life-journey model is rooted in the belief that student success begins well before enrollment. The new structure eliminates silos, enhances communication, and is intended to strengthen each student’s sense of belonging. Faculty remain essential partners, while the integrated team provides proactive academic planning, career preparation, and timely support to promote retention and meaningful engagement.
Please join us in celebrating Marlene Mohs’ retirement and her many contributions to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK on Monday, April 28, in the Graduate Admissions Office (second floor, West Hall). Drop in between 3–4 p.m. to wish her well!
Additionally, over the summer, the Enrollment Operations team will relocate—along with the entire Undergraduate Admissions department—to the south wing of the Giddens Learning Center. The Undergraduate Admissions team is eagerly anticipating the move, which brings the office to the main side of campus and improves visibility, accessibility, and collaboration with faculty, athletics, and student support teams.
