Lucas holds a Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. His work is informed by his certification as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and his dedication to experiential learning, DEIJ advancement, and strengths-based leadership.
