Before coming to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK, Professor Kosieradzki worked as a paralegal in a Minneapolis law firm, clerked in a criminal defense firm while in law school, and upon graduation from law school, practiced law at a local litigation firm. Kosieradzki received her B.S from Winona State University and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.

Students can expect to be respected in my classroom, yet pushed to discover all that they can learn and do. Many times students enter my class feeling unsure of themselves and their ability. It is a great reward to see students grow throughout the semester so that they have the confidence and skills to enter the professional world and competently analyze and apply the law.

"I want students to ask as many questions as often as they need, so that they can leave my class, and Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK, with the skills to succeed."
