
Chandni Khan (she/her/hers) is a career development specialist at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµAPK with a background in higher education, student support, and data and business analytics. She brings nearly a decade of experience working with students from around the world, helping them navigate their educational and career journeys.
Before joining Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµAPK, Chandni held roles in both the United States and Kenya that blended analytics with student services. She worked in global learning, admissions, and the registrar’s office at the University of St. Thomas, and previously led strategic initiatives and student advising at American Higher Education Consulting (AHEC) Limited in Nairobi. In these roles, she developed international university partnerships, guided hundreds of students through the admissions process, and used data to enhance operations and improve student outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Chandni worked as a journalist in Nairobi and participated in a foreign intercultural exchange program to the United States, experiences that sparked her lifelong commitment to cross-cultural understanding and student empowerment.
Chandni holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Broadcast Journalism from the United States International University–Africa. She is fluent in English, Swahili, Gujarati, Hindi, and her family’s Khan heritage dialect, and she is passionate about helping students discover meaningful pathways to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Chandni enjoys hiking, traveling, camping, reading and arts and crafts. She’s also an enthusiastic home cook who draws inspiration from her multicultural background to experiment with new recipes - some more successful than others!
