Scholarships for Master in the Study of Law Students
Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK understands the important role that scholarships and discounts serve in helping you finance your education. That’s why we offer the following scholarships and discounts for students enrolled in the MSL degree program.

3M scholarship: $1,000
The 3M scholarship is awarded each year to a graduate student pursuing the Paralegal Certificate or Master in the Study of Law with a demonstrated financial need who will contribute to the diversity of the paralegal profession.
Department scholarships: Up to $2,000
Scholarships of up to $2,000 each will be awarded to incoming graduate Paralegal Certificate and Master in the Study of Law students each fall and spring semester. The scholarship is a one-time award (per student) that will be received in the first academic year, distributed evenly over the recipient’s first two semesters in the program when attending at least part time (4 credits).
Service scholarships
All master’s degree-seeking students in the College of Liberal Arts, who demonstrate service to AmeriCorps (including Minnesota Reading Corps and Math Corps), the military, or the Peace Corps, are eligible to receive a 10% tuition discount. To apply, simply indicate your service as part of your admission application.
Learning Partnership discount
As an employee of one of our Learning Partners, you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on tuition and a waiver of application and processing fees when you are newly enrolled in the Master in the Study of Law.

Alumni discount
