Charge
Identify, support, and recommend strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures that allow Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK to recruit, enroll, and retain qualified undergraduate and graduate applicants and students.
The committee will:
- Identify and review best practices for student enrollment
- Review enrollment trends
- Recommend enrollment targets
- Identify, review, and recommend student success initiatives and activities
- Supervise cyclic review of relevant offices, programs, and departments
- Maintain, support, and enact the strategies in the Strategic Enrollment Management plan
- Monitor the metrics of the ESS-related strategic plan initiatives
